Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific list of railing components you wish to return to receive an RMA authorization.
Secure Packaging
Place the unused items back in their original protective wrap and boxes to ensure the stainless steel finish and cable strands are not damaged during transit.
Shipping and Logistics
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the inventory and confirms the items are in resellable condition, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
